The After Breast Cancer Exercise Group is a not-for-profit organisation located in Narre Warren that is dedicated to providing those who have suffered from Breast Cancer a safe, gentle and effective hydrotherapy program to assist them in their recovery.   The group has been running for six years now, and its participants all agree that the benefits of this exercise program - physically, emotionally and socially - are all truly wonderful!
