Special EventsSunday 28th June
This coming Sunday we will be holding a single meeting to celebrate all that we have learned and the ways we have grown and been blessed during the 40 Days of Purpose program. We will gather at 9.45am for 10am at Amberlee Receptions, 1451 South Gippsland Highway - opposite the Cranbourne Racetrack (Melways 133 K7 - previously -˜Casablanca'). All will be welcome.
Our usual service times will resume on Sunday 5th July.
Sunday 19th July
St John's has been talking about constructing a larger church for decades. On Sunday 19th July at 2pm for 3pm at St John's, an appeal aimed at achieving this vision will be launched. All interested will be welcome. For an invitation please phone 59912226. After refreshments and an opportunity to view historic display, the plans for the new complex will be revealed and explained by architect Mr Robert Bienvenu. Mr John Finning will then launch the appeal, Archbishop Philip Freier will commend it and lead prayers for success in this venture, and Mr Peter Giles will explain options by which individuals will be able to lend their support to this exciting project.
