Sash is a slimmers social support group for people who would like to lose or maintain their weight.
There is a weekly weigh in on digital scales and information on topics such as healthy eating and acheiving lifestyle changes.
Fun, laughter and friendship are amongst the aims of this group whilst losing and maintaining weight.
Come along every Tuesday evening from 6.30 - 8pm at the
