Vision Statement
The Berwick Springs Residents' & Owners' Association aims to be the voice of the community and represent it's views and values whereby:
- Residents can enjoy a quality lifestyle in a safe environment
- The quality and value of the estate is protected and maintained
- Groups and activities are organised to promote community spirit and participation
Statement of Purpose

To represent the residents to both the developer and municipal authorities as required to achieve the aims and needs of the estate
- To acquire facilities and equipment as necessary to enhance the qualities and value of the estate
- To promote a diverse range of groups and activities within our community thus being self reliant and enhancing the community spirit
- To ensure the estate remains a safe and secure environment for all
