This mural was to get the local community involved in creating a historical mural of the Doveton and Eumemmering district.

Local school children, local indigenous artists, community groups and members of the general public were involved over many months.   They researched their history, helped brain storm their ideas, contributed many drawings toward the final design of the mural.   Then they helped paint the 25 panels now on display at the centre.
