Last weekeend saw the annual National Camp held on the Gold Coast. With brilliant weather all weekend we were able to have many training sessions outside including some sessions on the beach. This is an excellent event and encourage all to attend next year. Osu.

Sunday saw a fantastic turn out to the VKKA Victorian No Contact and Knockdown Torunament for 2012. With competitors from all over Australia and New Zealand heading down to Geelong's world famous "Arena" stadium, the day was jam packed with high quality competition. Narre Warren had four competitors with two first time entrants and one of them a runner up in thier division, congratulations to all those who participated. Osu.
