The Cardinia Piranhas Swim Club Inc. ( formerly known as the Piranhas Swimming Club of Pakenham Inc.) commenced the 2009-2010 swimming season on the 1st May 2009.
It is a community based swimming club formed to promote swimming as a sport and activity to promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Since 1998 the Bicentennial Heated Pool had been the home of the Swimming Club and the pool served the club well during that time. A bigger future beckoned with the opening of the Cardinia Life facility and club welcomed our new home from the 3rd July, 2006 taking the opportunity to expand its membership and develop its potential while building on its professionalism.
Cardinia Piranhas Swim Club wishes to become a highly respected organisation which encompasses the whole of the Cardinia Shire Community.
Swimmers have been given the chance to experience and use a wonderfully new and streamlined facility with modern -œstate of the art- feature.
Cardinia Piranhas currently train as follows:
Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Friday 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm
