Libraries are also a great way to access the internet for free, as they have several computers available for booking, simply enquire at the front desk.
CASEY CARDINIA LIBRARY SERVICE
Libraries provide a wide range of books, newspapers and magazines, videos, audio cassettes, CD ROMs and C.D.s.
The Endeavour Hills library has many Chinese books, while the Narre Warren branch has a collection of Italian material.
Other services provided by the library include story times, and reading clubs such as the "Ripper Reader Club" for older children. There is a home library service available to the housebound, as well as free internet access and training available to those who are not completely computer literate. (Please note the computer classes require a fee).

A resource and toy library for families with children and teenagers (0-20 years) with special needs. Other services include individual therapy services, playgroups, movement and music groups, counselling and recreation programs.
Cost is $50 per year membership per family.
